• Paul over at the Cocktail Chronicles is finally allowing Vodka on his site by way of a long forgotten classic cocktail The Gypsy. 
• Very interesting piece on the history of molecular mixology by Camper English of the Alcademics blog over at the Tales of the Cocktail site.  Smart guy, great writer.
• Jeffrey Mogenthaler up in Portland, Oregon has a nice teaching piece on running a tab.  It’s a life skill thing.
• Finally, Pete of  Glo bar in St. Mary’s Butts, England has come up with a way to educate his guests on proper cocktails while keeping his costs down a tad: make them yourself.
