Cocktail Recipe – The Henry Hudson by PDT in New York
This outstanding drink hails from PDT in New York’s East Village , and is an example of trying to create a new classic from the ground up. It is based on Bols Genever, chardonnay and lemon juice but is finished with a grating of fresh nutmeg. Together, this is an outstanding cocktail. I highly recommend you try it. If you can find a mold big enough to make the 2-inch square ice cube, let me know.
